Social media influencer and activist Justice Mark Chidiebere, popularly known as Justice Crack, was arraigned today, Monday, 4 May 2026, before a Federal High Court in Abuja. Following his arraignment, the court ordered that he be remanded in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) until 25 May 2026.

    • Cybercrime: Allegedly publishing a viral video on his X handle (@JusticeCrack) claiming Nigerian military personnel are poorly equipped and fed.
    • Breach of Public Peace: Circulation of content likely to cause fear and public disorder.
    • Felony: Attempting to incite military personnel to create discontent within the system.
  • Remand: Although his defense team planned to file a bail application, the court ordered him to be held in DSS (SSS) custody until his next court date.
  • Next Hearing: The trial and bail application hearing are scheduled for 25 May 2026
