Today is the legendary Stevie Wonder’s 74th birthday, and he and his family are presently in Ghana.
During their visit, he was granted a Ghanaian citizenship by President Nana Akufo-Addo. Stevie will hold his American citizenship and his now his Ghanaian citizenship.
After the honor, he said, “I guess it’s just the lineage I felt Ghana, I felt my civilization was there, and I was there where it began. So, I thank all of you so very much.” Congrats Stevie
